At Kick Mental Health, we are firm believers in harnessing the immense potential of community and football to positively impact individuals’ lives. Our free-to-attend football sessions, which are non-competitive, are designed to encompass a wide range of football abilities while primarily focusing on enhancing your mental well-being.

We understand that getting outdoors, enjoying the fresh air, and engaging in the sport can be a powerful catalyst for mental health improvement. As a peer support group, our mission is to empower individuals in their mental health journey by fostering a sense of unity through football. Through both our in-person and online sessions, we offer a welcoming and nurturing space where everyone, regardless of their skill level, can reap the benefits of football in promoting better mental health.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple but powerful: To create a world where mental health is talked about openly, without stigma, and where people have access to the support and resources they need. We believe that physical activity, and teamwork found in the world of football can be a game-changer for those facing mental health issues.
